Atlanta: You cannot see into the future but you can create it. Working on my brand is important and when I say “brand” I am referring to myself, Kwame Morton. I work with Nkosane and Thabiti, on a brand in particular, by the name of KXNG (www.lxvekxng.com).Each day I spread the word about the brand and exactly what it is that we are going to accomplish. More than just a clothing brand, KXNG is also a musical entity that provides opportunity for others to express themselves via “KXNGDUM”, a monthly music showcase. Working on a clothing brand with a life expectancy of more than t a few months is difficult. It takes a lot of time, effort and even more hard work. It’s not just buy and supply, nah. Trust, if it were easy, everyone would do it. Personally I would never want to sign off on anything that I did not consider “top quality” so we work day in a day out to ensure that what we produce is received well so that we can ensure a solid fan base is built.My family, my true friends and the support of others are what keep KXNG going each day. When someone close tells you that they are proud of you and they cannot wait until you “make it”, is definitely one of the best feelings, ever. There are plenty of obstacles along the way but that cannot and will not kill the dream. When all goes as planned, KXNG will flourish this year. It is just a matter of time.
